So... 2010 and 2011 have absolutely been my annus horribilis.  These have been the hardest years of my life without compare.  But I am walking a bit taller these days having actually come through them!!!  *sigh*
So now in this new year I will regain my name, my life, and the hope of my future.  My True Groom is walking me forward and I am eager to go over the mountains with Him.
My church is starting the New Year with Worship from 10p to 12a!  I was so wanting to go out and do something this year, too!  Nothing was working out and it was looking like another year of staying safe off the streets and watching the ball drop when blamo!  Last minute plans to bring in the New Year Worshiping our King!! Halla!! So stoked!  Look out, cuz I am going to sparkle it up and wear my new heals for my Jesus~! woot woot.
Going to dinner at my mom's for tacos w/ the fam... nice start.
Happy New Year 2012!!

Christmas Eve 2011

Times have changed.  Of course, they always do... but the house I cleaned and the dinner I worked all afternoon for is not only dirty and gone but it's only 6pm.   6pm.  Times have changed...and they just keep changing.  I have been praying a lot and receiving to take the holidays just for what they are.  Not for what they were, because you can only be disappointed to look at the childlike fun of the holidays.  Nothing will ever compare to that kind of holiday but to be grateful for what they are now- no matter what that is.
I'm super tired. My brain isn't even functioning well enough to write a full blog.  I just wanted to touch base and say Merry Christmas.  I am sad for what is gone, and grateful for what is to come.  So, so grateful.
Mele Kalikimaka!!!

Thank you, Jesus.  Thank you for coming and following thru. Thank you for your commitment to us, and to me.  Thank you.  Thank you.
